- upload and organize photos on your computer
- crop, straighten, and re-size your images
- basic editing such as exposure, contrast, and color correction
- learn advanced editing techniques like re-touching, selections, and layers

The software costs $99.99 brand new from Adobe, but here’s the good news: they offer a 30-day free trial of the full version. Download the trial a day or so prior to the first class – gain experience with it during the course – and then buy it at the end if you’ve decided you will use it.
