Session III: October 31, November 7, 14, 21;
Session IV: November 28, December 5, 12, 19 (Drop In Only)
Join us each week as we learn different ways to meditate and increase peace and mindfulness in our daily lives. The class will explore sitting meditations, walking meditations, gentle yoga postures, and even the occasional laughing meditations. As we progress in our classes, each student is encouraged to seek what style of meditation is most beneficial for them. No previous experience is necessary to enjoy the class; all are welcome.
