About The Event
During this class, board-certified music therapist Catherine Backus of AMTS will lead you in music-based exercises to reduce the physiological symptoms of anxiety, increase relaxation, and hone your ability to attune to the present moment. You will learn ways to incorporate music into your self-care practice, as both a listener and a musician.
