Join our team by applying for one of our open positions. We are currently looking to hire a part-time Communications & Guest Relations Coordinator and a full-time Program Coordinator.
Both positions are great opportunities for any individual looking to get involved in the non-profit sector and be a part of an amazing arts and cultural organization. They offer the opportunity to work in a creative environment, build relationships, and expand and develop new programs & services.
The Communications & Guest Relations Coordinator of the Bower Center for the Arts (BCA) is responsible for providing a welcoming interface between BCA and those we serve and interact with in our community. They are tasked with providing a friendly and helpful presence to our guests, ensuring a clean and safe facility, managing the website to assure accuracy and ease of use, being the primary administrator of the organization’s Content Management System (CMS) and developing PR & marketing materials for promotion of our overall programs.
This Program Coordinator is responsible for the creation and management of programs for children and adults that support Bower Center for the Arts (BCA) mission and strategic goals. The Program Coordinator is responsible for maintaining budget and records pertaining to the program expenditures, implementing policies and procedures, and organizing the activities and agenda for the programs.
