Rentals

Book your next workshop, meeting, retreat or special event in our creative and inspiring space, featuring over a dozen art exhibitions throughout the year. Rentals provide access to tables and chairs, free Wi-Fi, and use of A/V equipment. Our spaces provide a comfortable meeting room equipped for many uses, kitchen amenities, and large gallery spaces.  Use of linens, some decor and centerpieces are available for an extra charge.

Rental Fees and Spaces

Private Event Rental Rates:

  • Full Building ($800)
  • Sara Braaten Gallery: Full Day ($550); Half Day ($275)--up to 100 guests.
  • Terrace Gallery: Full Day ($300); Half Day ($150)--up to 50 guests.
  • ​Library/Conference Room/Classroom ($10/hour)--up to 10 guests.

Rental fees are per space, up to one full day of rental or a maximum of 12 hours. Rentals beyond 12 hours will incur additional fees. Half day rentals are for up to 4 hours, including set-up and clean up.  

We also have available special pricing for nonprofit organizations, community events, meetings, and recitals.  Please contact staff for pricing for these types of events.

Recurring & hourly meeting rental rates are determined on a case by case basis. Fees will be negotiated with Bower Center Executive staff.

Some notes about our space:

  • Bower Center for the Arts is an arts & cultural facility that maintains exhibitions throughout the year. Exhibitions cannot be uninstalled and reinstalled to accommodate a rental.  Additionally, pieces cannot be moved or tampered with during the event.
  • The Sara Braaten Gallery can accommodate up to 100 people and is 1408 sq ft.
  • The Terrace Gallery can accommodate up to 54 and is 820 sq. ft.
  • Full Building, Braaten Gallery, and Terrace Gallery rentals include the use of the kitchen.
  • These rates include the use of our table and chair inventory. Renter is responsible for set-up and tear-down.  Set-up and breakdown of tables and chairs by staff can be added to your rental for an additional fee.
  • A limited selection of ​linens are available for an additional charge.
